The Dept of State posted the July 2024 Visa Bulletin. It lists final action dates and filing dates for July 2024. The Visa Bulletin contains an update on Diversity Visa availability and Employment Based 3rd Preference retrogression expectation to be unavailable in August 2024. A prior Visa Bulletin noted the extending of the Employment Fourth Preference for EB-4 non-minister religious workers category until September 30, 2024.

USCIS Adjustment of Status Chart for July2024, allows applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories to use the Dates for Filing and all employment-based preference categories to use the Final Action Dates. F2A Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents advanced to 01November2023. Employment-based EB1 China advanced two months to 01Sep22. While EB1 India went forward almost a year to 01Feb22 . before 01November 2020. EB2 advanced for all countries. EB3 Rest of the World retrogressed as did EB3 Mexico and Philippines. 4th Preference employment-based filings advanced as did religious workers. EB5 remained unchanged.
