The Dept of State has posted the August 2024 Visa Bulletin. It lists final action dates and filing dates for August 2024. The Visa Bulletin contains an update on Diversity Visa availability and Employment Based 3rd Preference retrogression expectation to be unavailable in September 2024. A prior Visa Bulletin noted the extending of the Employment Fourth Preference for EB-4 non-minister religious workers category until September 30, 2024.

F2A Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents advanced to 15June2024! Employment-based EB1 China advanced two months to 01November22. While EB1 India remained at 01Feb22. EB2 advanced for India. EB3 Advanced for India. EB 4th Preference and EB5 remained unchanged.
