USCIS Adjustment of Status Chart for June 2024, allows applicants in all family-sponsored preference categories to use the Dates for Filing and all employment-based preference categories to use the Final Action Dates. F2A Spouses and Children of Permanent Residents is still stuck in September 2023. Employment-based categories do not advance in May 2024. H.R. 2882, signed on March 23, 2024, extended the Employment Fourth Preference for the EB-4 non-minister religious worker category until September 30, 2024. While 4th Preference immigrant religious workers may have I-360 petitions filed by their religious organizations until September 302024. 4th Preference immigrant religious workers cannot file green card applications at this time. Unless their I-360 petition was filed before 01November 2020.
