The Dept of State posted the May 2024 Visa Bulletin. It lists final action dates and filing dates for June 2024. it contains notes on the diversity visa, the annual immigrant visa waiting list report, and H.R. 2882, signed on March 23, 2024, extending the Employment Fourth Preference for EB-4 non-minister religious workers category until September 30, 2024. Employment-based categories do not see forward movement after the final action dates for many categories advanced in April 2024.
